DESCRIPTION:WIN is an exciting way to start the day with coffee\, networking with fellow women in business\, and giving back to the community. Each event will include a short presentation from a monthly sponsor\, a spotlight/presentation from a local non-profit organization\, and time to network with other guests. Guests are invited to bring a small donation for each month's charity if they choose. \n\n\n\nSponsor: Founders Federal Credit Union \n\nNon-profit: Conestee Nature Preserve \nConestee Nature Preserve is a 640-acre\, nonprofit owned and operated Wildlife Sanctuary located just five miles south of downtown. They offer an accessible oasis of natural beauty and unique opportunities for learning and exploration\, all within the city limits.\n\n\n\nThe Founders Difference began in 1950 when a group of Springs Mills employees decided to do something to protect their colleagues from predatory loan sharks and moneymen\, and improve the financial wellbeing of their neighbors. What began as an idea took root and flourished as the Springmaid Credit Union expanded throughout the tri-county area\, helping our member-owners and their families save and borrow their way to financial security.  Seventy years and a name change later\, Founders Federal Credit Union is still proudly carrying on the tradition of looking out for their neighbors and working every day to ensure our communities are healthy and strong.Today\, Founders serves over 259\,000 members through more than 41 locations across two states and holds over $4.2 billion in assets. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative\, they strive to provide our members with better rates on savings and loans\, friendly and personalized service\, and a commitment to supporting our communities through financial education\, scholarships\, and other giving.
