Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, Prisma Health's Dr. Rachel S. Brown, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, will join our group to share techniques for coping with stress, tools for building resilience, and practical insights for scaling these strategies for different work units.

Attendees have an opportunity to introduce themselves and their businesses and network before and after the presentation. These events are in-person in the Prisma Health Conference Room at the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Attendee registration includes lunch.
