2025 A-List Awards: Nomination Submission Form

Use this form to nominate your favorite business(es) for the 2025 A-List Awards. You may complete this form multiple times if you wish to submit nominations in more than one category. Both self-nominations and peer-nominations are permitted and encouraged.

A team of judges will review all nominations and choose the top two nominees in each category as finalists. The community will then vote to determine the overall A-List Award winners.

The deadline to submit nominations is Wednesday, July 16th. Voting will take place from July 21st through August 8th.
