Client Experience Specialist/CRM Coordinator (Part-Time)

15–20 hours/week
We are a growing financial advisory practice serving approximately 900 clients and are seeking a highly organized, personable, and tech-savvy individual to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both systems and people — someone who feels comfortable working within a CRM/database environment while also building positive relationships with clients through meaningful interactions and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client information within our CRM system
Manage data entry, organization, and accuracy of client records
Assist with tracking client communications and follow-up activities
Support scheduling, client workflows, and administrative processes
Communicate with clients professionally and warmly by phone, email, and in person
Help create a welcoming, high-touch client experience
Assist with office projects and day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications:
Strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with CRM platforms or database management preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills
Able to build rapport and make clients feel valued and cared for
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior experience in customer service, administration, office management, or client-facing roles is a plus
