Sales Associate
Upstate Service Solutions is a rapidly growing residential, multi-service provider specializing in residential heating/ac, plumbing and electrical services. At USS, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and quality work to our customers. USS is looking to add an estimator/sales associate, we are searching for a driven, self- motivated individual to help build our customer base.
Responsibilities Include:
- Availability to go on calls to accommodate the client
- Provide customer service to clients, over the phone and via email
- Provide the client with all necessary paperwork this includes: agreements/contracts, financing documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation details, etc.
- Attend lead generating activities such as, networking events, home shows, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and making outbound calls to the area.
- Attend sales training or coaching sessions, and report goals to management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Residential HVAC and Sales preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong Selling Skills
