Ashley Trantham Joins Klue Real Estate Advisors

Simpsonville, SC - Ashley Trantham has joined Klue Real Estate Advisors. She has spent the last nine years developing a strong commercial real estate client base. She is exceptional at understanding her clients’ needs and working to find them the best options in their ideal area. Being connected in the community is key to understanding each market and its needs, which is why Ashley, an Upstate native, is a member of several local organizations.

Ashley and her husband own and operate a multi-million-dollar company called Happy Cow Creamery, which employs 30+ employees. She understands what it takes to help run a successful company and passes this knowledge on to her clients. Her CRE client list ranges from multi-million-dollar investors to Greenville locals embarking on start-up concepts. In addition to her many community outreach activities, Ashley proudly served her community and her State as one of South Carolina’s State House Representatives, in District 28 from 2018-2024.
